First Visit Expectations

We specialize in getting people out of pain. When you visit our practice you will not only discover the advantages of chiropractic, but also what sets us apart. Over the years, Dr. Miller has developed his own special technique for adjusting the spine utilizing a combination of nutrition, mechanical traction, and True Non-Surgical Decompression with the DRX9000C technology. Your visits will be safe, comfortable, and effective.

Schedule Consultation

The first step is to reserve your spot for a consultation. In order to ensure the safety of all our patients, we take the time to listen about your unique situation. Then the doctor will recommend a detailed and focused examination and usually some diagnostic imaging. From there, the doctor will create a personalized treatment plan just for you.

Brief Paperwork

When you first come to our office we want to make your visit as streamlined and pleasant as possible. Upon entering the office, we will take you on a quick tour. Then some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Consultation

Once the paperwork has been completed, you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options. In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition.

Examination

A number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

X-ray Studies

Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.

Schedule Your Next Appointment

Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

You will be given a convenient appointment time for your follow-up visit. Generally speaking, patients are seen within 1-2 days and are provided with a complete review of findings. Treatment options for your condition will also be discussed during this time.
